About FCSR
Friends of the Clarksburg Services and Recreation was established in March 2019 and received its 501c3 tax exempt designation in September of the same year.

MISSION: To enrich the North Delta region by developing and providing recreation opportunities and public parks that enhance community health and wellness.

VISION: To connect the North Delta regional community through safe, high quality recreational opportunities and public parks.
Board Member Biographies
Amanda Beck, Chair
BS in Biochemistry, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
​
Growing up in Clarksburg, Amanda Beck played soccer, swam in the local community pool, and attended the River Delta Unified Schools. Her love for the town drew her back to raise her two daughters. As the Chair of the Board, Amanda brings her passion for the town, healthy living, and getting outdoors to the Friends of Clarksburg Service and Recreation Board. In her day job Amanda is Project Development Manager for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District. She has more than 15 years experience in land use management, permitting and project development specializing in the development of renewable energy.
Christy Frame, Vice Chair
BA in English and minor in Communication Studies from Santa Clara University
Project Management Certificate with Distinction from UC Berkeley Extension
Christy Frame learned how to swim at her local high school pool and is motivated to bring back that same experience--and more recreational opportunities--to youth and the entire community of Clarksburg. She has lived in Clarksburg since 2010 with her husband and daughter, and currently works at a large EdTech company as a Senior Content Manager. Christy has volunteered as Secretary on the Friends of the Clarksburg Library board; currently serves on the Clarksburg Samaritans (a local nonprofit group); and is a co-leader of the town’s Camp Fire club for kids.
Ana Ogilvie, Secretary

Having studied and worked in the public health sector for 10+ years, Ana Ogilvie understands the good that community health and recreation projects bring to area youth, families, and elderly populations. She is very excited to work towards greater community health opportunity in the North Delta region through her participation with the Friends of Clarksburg Services & Recreation. Ana lives in Clarksburg with her husband, David, and their two young children. She currently works part-time with Reclamation District 150 coordinating public safety measures, and prevention of levee breaches and emergency flooding on Merritt Island.
Janelle Seebeck, Board Member

BA in Agricultural Business, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo

Having grown up in a small agricultural town very similar to Clarksburg, Janelle Seebeck knows how vital community and recreation are. Recognizing the importance of water safety, she was a lifeguard and taught swimming lessons through high school and college while also competing in water sports. She now lives in Clarksburg with her husband, Mike, and three children. Janelle has worked as a product manager for a large grower and shipper of vegetables for over 15 years and has been involved in the agriculture industry all her life.

Alicia Mittleman, Board Member

Alicia Mittleman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owns Harbor Counseling Services in West Sacramento. Alicia and her husband Andrew are residents of West Sacramento and have two children who attend Delta Elementary Charter School. In addition to helping plan events for FCSR, Alicia also serves as the Chair of West Sac Play and is a board member for Caring for Yolo’s Youth.
